Some of this data is available from other sources (FCC Antenna Structure data), and some has been collected by us and includes data that is not likely to be found elsewhere. We have in-house Geographic Information Systems abilities.
We have been recognized by numerous publications as a cell tower expert and have been asked to speak at three cell tower industry conferences; we only accepted two of the invitations--one on Broadcast Tower Leasing and the other on Mapping Due Diligence for Tower Acquisitions.
We have been retained by numerous tower companies and investment groups to provide valuation services for both potential unbuilt cell tower sites and cell tower acquisitions.
